Terms & Conditions

1. Accurate Information

Customers must provide correct and complete information when making an inquiry or booking. Any incorrect or incomplete details may affect the final price or the ability to complete the job as requested.

2. Parking Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for arranging suitable parking for the removal vehicle at both pickup and delivery locations.
Any parking fees, penalties, fines, or charges incurred during the job are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Price Adjustments

If the customer provides incorrect information regarding the job (such as number of items, access conditions, property size, or distance), the final price may be adjusted on the day of the service.

4. Reporting Damages

Any damages must be reported immediately while the movers are still on-site.
Claims made after the team has left the property may not be accepted.

5. Same-Day Bookings

Same-day bookings are not guaranteed. Availability depends on schedule, staff, and vehicle capacity at the time of the request.

6. Non-Insured Items

Certain items are not covered by insurance, including but not limited to:
• IKEA and similar flat-pack furniture
• Old or fragile wooden wardrobes
• Old chest of drawers or similar aged wooden furniture

Due to their construction and age, we cannot guarantee the safe transport of these items and are not liable for any damage during the move.

7. Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to secure a booking.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a job.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full minimum service fee.

8. Minimum Charge

Our service has a minimum charge of 2 hours.
If the job is completed in less time, the minimum 2-hour rate will still apply.
